What a gem this apartment is - tucked away just off the high street in Belper. Susan the host was amazing, attentive and went above and beyond to help us during our stay. The apartment is immaculate, with real attention to detail and lot of great amenities to make the stay special. Thank you so much and we will certainly stay again when in the area.

Thank you so much, we had an absolutely lovely stay in your apartment. Everything was so well planned, modern, fresh, clean and very comfortable.The bed is wonderful, kitchen so well equipped, and I loved that there was milk for tea and coffee in the fridge, orange juice, water, and a nice bottle of wine! And little packages of cookies, could not be better! The whole place feels so welcoming, great shower, fluffy big towels and nice bed linen. I warmly recommend, and would love to stay here again. Belper is a very cozy town to stay in while discovering the Peak District.

Stayed 2 night at the courtyard apartments and had a fabulous time, the location is great and free parking nearby. Stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and it was just perfect very spacious spotlessly clean very modern and equipped with everything you need, also some lovely extra touches were a bottle of wine, toiletries,tea,coffee, biscuits etc. The host susan was very friendly and informative and nothing was too much trouble, we would highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again

This is our 3rd stay at these fabulous apartments in Belper, Susan is the perfect host. Nothing is too much trouble & she is always available if you need anything. It has absolutely everything you need to the point you could actually live there. Branded coffee pods, washing machine, cooker, ironing board etc - the list is endless ! She leaves milk, fresh orange, water, biscuits & a fab bottle of wine every time. Great location for your stay with everything on the doorstep. Beds are so comfortable, the whole apartment is modern & so clean. Would 100% recommend this place to everyone. We will be back, thanks again Susan.

First time booking this apt and delighted with the quality, comfort, cleanliness, location, and top class presentation throughout.

Susan, the host, extremely communicative during the booking process, and throughout our two week stay.

Would be difficult to find better in our opinion, and we def will rebook when we come over back to Belper.

There are several options of apt in the Courtyard, of equally high standard conversion.

It’s a credit to the owners, with a really high standard conversion, very light, airy and with long views front and back.

We chose appt 4 which is the top floor , needing of course two stair sets to access which we didn’t find difficult at all, some guests may prefer to book the lower appt options, but these have same quality furnishings, fit and finish too, as their pictures clearly show.

Strong WiFi, big TVs Netflix comfortable settees, fully equipped kitchen and more..

Comfortable home from home. 👍👍👍👍👍

I travel to Belper for business quite often, this is the third time I have stayed in Courtyard Apartments (I've not experienced 3 of the apartments) and every time has been outstanding! The cleanliness, the attention to detail is unbelievable! Quite literally feels like a home from home, which is huge for someone who travels alot for work! The location is incredible! Free parking is a massive bonus and the apartments are always beautiful, well kept and spotless! The check in process is seamless, completely hassle free! It feels like a massive treat whenever I stay! I will be back and hoping next time I can extend the stay and enjoy the area outside of my work commitments. Thank you to Sue and George who are incredible hosts!

I have stayed here twice when I have been in town for business and I would not hesitate to stay again.
The attention to detail and the little extra touches don’t go amiss, from the complimentary bottle of wine, to the luxury samples in the bathroom and the impeccable decor, both apartments I have stayed have been comfortable and totally exceeded expectations.
I also used the services in the beauty clinic downstairs which added a lovely relaxing and luxurious element.
I can’t wait till my next work trip to Belper because I will definitely stay here again!

What an absolute delight to be a guest at Courtyard apartments Belper. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and secure. Everything flowed so nicely from booking, check in, it was spotlessly clean with everything i needed and Sue was in hand if I needed anything.
I would highly recommend this beautiful accommodation, great value for money. I will be back 🙏🏻

This was an excellent apartment . It was exceptionally clean and very well appointed. We all loved the complimentary items too x This is definitely 5 star accommodation.
There is a short stay car park opposite the accommodation and a free long stay car park less than 5 minutes away . Belper has lovely restaurants and bars which we also would recommend .

A little gem!!!!

A massive thank you to Sue and George who work tirelessly along with their cleaning team.

The first apartment we were in was fabulous as luxury!!!! Decorated and decked out with everything you need.

Second apartment we had for 1 day was lovely too and believe will be upgraded to the luxury level soon.

Thoroughly recommend and will be back!!!!

It is in the middle of Belper and there is literally everything you need on your door step.

Wonderful apartments, so creatively designed, you would normally pay more for such quality, so great value for money. Warmly welcomed in person and some nice welcome gifts in the apartment. Good places to eat nearby and Belper is a great base for getting to places like Chatsworth and Buxton and the dales and peaks. Cannot praise the accommodation highly enough.

Beautiful apartment set in a gorgeous location. The location is ideal for all local attractions, the car park across the road is completely free too. Absolutely stunning decor and perfectly clean. Our host Sue was absolutely incredible, she was on the other end of the phone for anything we needed at any time and the meet and greet when we arrived was just amazing. Best Air BnB we’ve stayed in!

Lovely modern apartment just off the main high street. Spacious living room, comfy bed and great shower. Nice selection to teas and coffees, coffee machine. Milk, water, orange juice and a bottle wine! Convenient location. Large free car park over the road. Public transport nearby. We used the train to visit Matlock. Easy communication and check in with the host. Would recommend.

We spent 3 delightful days here. Lovely views of the market square or distant hills from both sides of the flat. Spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Very quiet and warm. The complimentary milk, tea and coffee and even a bottle of wine was a very nice touch.
It's very handy for many restaurants and pubs and there is a cafe which does breakfast just below the flat.
It's worth noting that you need to be able to climb the 2 flights spiral stairs to reach the accommodation.
Belper station was just a few minutes walk.
Highly recommended.

We have just spent our Wedding Anniversary at Susan and George's. The Courtyard Apartments are amazing, everything you could ask for and more. Susan goes above and beyond to make your stay the best. Recommend The Lion Hotel which we spent our Anniversary Evening, which was Brilliant. Susan is more than just a super host she is a super super host. Very highly recommend. I stayed here last night and OMG what an amazing place this is ✨

I slept like a baby!

The decor is amazing and taken some ideas for my own home 💕

Everything from the bedrooms, living area, bathrooms and kitchen was immaculate! And I loved my free bottle of Pinot.

I will definitely be staying again when I visit Belper.

I recommend this place and definitely give it a go ☺️💕
